A network and a platform — not a lead-generation website
Rescue 365 is a nationwide recovery and vehicle-transport network built on its own technology. Customers book through us; verified operators deliver the work using the Operator Portal.
A nationwide network
Independent recovery and transport businesses working under one coordinated network, covering emergency callouts and planned vehicle movements across the UK.
A technology platform
Not a lead list. Job opportunities, dispatch, live status updates, photo evidence, digital job records and earnings all run through the Operator Portal.
Verified operators only
Every operator is checked before joining — business details, insurance cover and required documentation are verified as part of the application process.
Two streams of work, one portal
Recovery keeps you busy when the phone rings. Pre-booked transport helps you fill the gaps in between.
Emergency recovery
Breakdowns, accident recovery, roadside assistance and vehicle removals raised by customers who need help now.
- Live opportunities in your coverage area
- Customer details and location supplied with the job
- Status updates and completion captured in-app
Pre-booked vehicle transport
Scheduled single-vehicle and multi-vehicle movements you can plan around your existing work and fill quiet periods.
- Collection and delivery details up front
- Scheduled dates you can plan against
- Same portal, same job record, same payment flow
Opportunity → Accept → Dispatch → Update → Complete → Get paid
Every job follows the same clear path, so your drivers know what to do and your customers always know where things stand.
- 1Opportunity
A matching job appears for operators covering that area.
- 2Accept
You review the job and decide whether to take it.
- 3Dispatch
Assign a driver and vehicle and head to the customer.
- 4Update
Live status and photo evidence keep everyone informed.
- 5Complete
Handover is confirmed and the digital job record is closed.
- 6Get paid
Completed jobs feed straight into your earnings record.
Run the job, the fleet and the paperwork from one place
The Operator Portal works on your phone in the yard and on a desktop in the office.
Incoming opportunities, accepted jobs and live status in one view, with the full history of every completed job.
Add your drivers and vehicles, assign them to jobs and keep your documentation up to date.
See completed job values, invoices and payout records as they build up across the week.
Set your base postcode and working radius, and switch your availability on or off when you need to.

You remain independent
Rescue 365 does not employ you or control your day-to-day business. You choose which opportunities to accept, manage your own vehicles and drivers, and remain responsible for operating your business.
Your Rescue 365 credentials
Approved operators receive their own Rescue 365 operator number, presented as OPERATOR #0127, along with their network status.
Operators accepted onto the Rescue 365 network following verification of their business information, insurance and required documentation.
An enhanced status for Partners who meet additional Rescue 365 standards for verification, service and performance. Not every Partner automatically receives Approved status.
Recommend an operator you rate
Introduce another recovery or transport operator to the Rescue 365 network. When they are approved and begin completing eligible jobs, referral rewards are credited to your account in line with the current programme terms. Your Operator Portal shows your referrals and rewards.
Share your referral link from the portal and track each introduction through to approval.
